THE WINE FAIRS

Created in 1987, this official Wine fair( competition for best wine) is open to all the wines within the Côtes-du-rhône appellations (vintage, village and generic appellations) and those of the region of Die. The members of the jury are exclusively non professionals, outsiders of the wine world.

The show is a warm and friendly gathering dedicated to discovery : a discovery of wine tasting at the University of Wine of Suze la Rousse, vineyard tours on tourist trains, picnics in the countryside and gourmet meals. Famous professionals share their produce and know-how in FLAVOUR WORKSHOPS, organized in every cellar and domain. Coffee, chocolate, Indian and Asian cooking, spices, cheeses, olive oils, aromatic plants, Provencal specialties, teas from Taiwan, summer truffles : such are a few of the thematic workshops. A feast for the palate ! A delight for all gourmets !

The young are not forgotten : 3 to 12 year olds have fun with a special full-day programme, discovering organic products in the pedagogical farm of L’OISELET, in Sarrians. Parents are welcome to join in and thus enjoy the tasting and workshops whilst relishing their children. The wine show is held every year, the second weekend in June
